By Means of Procrastination…

Social media, in all forms is one of the most common forms of procrastination. However, it isn’t the only form of procrastination I utilise throughout my day and I imagine it isn’t the only one you use either. So how about we take a gander through the list of activities that waste hours of my day?

Candy Crush Saga – I used to play this game when I was younger but I felt the need to remove the app from my phone in order to actually do my college assignments. Several years later, something possessed me to reinstall the app whilst in the United States of America visiting my eldest brother. To cut a long story short, I was five hours behind the timezone my boyfriend and best friend were on. I felt the need for a distraction! That being said, working full time and being on level 125 4 weeks later may be a tad bit of an extreme!!

Hollywood Story – Okay, okay I know what you’re thinking “What on earth is she thinking? I should stop reading now because she has removed herself from reality!” You potentially have a good point if I am honest, but at least I am being open and upfront about it! I like the idea of experiencing fame by means of a simulated app, call me crazy!

My last choice is another odd one. If you thought Hollywood Story was a stretch, my final procrastination app just may encourage you to contact me directly for an official confirmation of sanity. (Please note, one can be provided on request!)

Episode – Choose Your Story – Please, please allow me to explain! From a very early age, I have loved reading. Books, poems, short stories and articles. So to have an app on my phone that is virtually based on “writers of the public” making stories you can interact with? I am sold!

How about you? What are the three most used apps on your phone that assist you with your daily procrastination activities? Don’t be shy, I’ll not judge!

Keep dreaming!
